Owner, Jessy Bergstrom, grew up in Minneapolis. Her experience
with dogs began in early childhood with the family’s
German Shepherds. From there, she adopted a menagerie
of pets including: cats, rats, hamsters, fish, snakes and
even an ant with a “broken leg” that she rescued at age 5.
Jessy continues to develop a unique understanding of, and
love for a variety of amazing animals through her volunteer
work at the Human Society, her partnership with local
dog and cat rescue programs, and her previous work as an
assistant in a vet hospital. She is certified in pet CPR and first aid.
Jessy lives in South Minneapolis with her goofy 4-year-old Yellow Lab,
Marley, and rescued barn kitties, Stubby and Choco.
